to enable bowlers to bowl as fast as they can, with the tools they have at their disposal!

 

Our ultimate goal is to produce an Australian International Opening Bowler!

The are several parts to our system;

with Chris Hall - Cricket Australia High Performance Coach with 20+ years experience

 

With the use of Hudl Video Analysis, 4 camera angles and positions (Behind, front, side and above) we harvest vital data from your footage so that we can identify which key points in your action can be improved to add pace as well as keep you safe from injury.

 

Following the session (within 7 to 10 days) you will receive via email:

 

  • Detailed Analysis of Your action
  • Detailed Data Report
  • Further recommendations to maximise your pace.

Mitch's role is to educate the importance of implementing practical warm-up protocols and fundamental movement patterns to ensure optimal performance output.

 

Working alongside both the allied-health and skill development professionals as a unit we can facilitate the physical demands of young aspiring athletes.
